We just moved in last week and have been busy getting thing organized. Renovation organized by Adrian Lees were completed before we arrived and we’re very pleased by them. More on the process of buying the apartment later.
We are planning a bike trip in the Perigord region in April. This is rescheduled from Oct 2010 which we put off because train strike made it almost impossible to get there (or back)

Our apartment Here is a link to our apartment. It’s fairly small so we’ll have to keep ourselves somewhat neater than we normally would, but it’s more than adequate compared to some of the hotel rooms we’ve had through the week (and for much higher prices).
Doug and I traveled by bicycle for an entire week, from a village about 1 hour southwest of London to Paris, usually by small roads and villages but sometimes bypassing some pretty freaking big cities!! You can see a selection of Photos here.
