We are planning a bike trip in the Perigord region in April. This is rescheduled from Oct 2010 which we put off because train strike made it almost impossible to get there (or back)

I am biking from Paris to Metz for the General Navereau school reunion. The route is described here and I will add notes as the ride progesses as long as I can get an internet connection at my hotel.

Doug and I traveled by bicycle for an entire week, from a village about 1 hour southwest of London to Paris, usually by small roads and villages but sometimes bypassing some pretty freaking big cities!! You can see a selection of Photos here.
